A Lead Magnet is a document, video, list... that your prospects need.
It has to be something useful to them. Something they could forward to their boss. Something they could print. It has to be something really good.
In activity 4.10 we have already given you several clues to know if a lead magnet is good even BEFORE you do it (review that activity if you have not developed it yet).
It will be displayed through a PopUp on the web so that it "jumps" to the users who visit it.
You can make it appear in different ways, but we recommend that it fills the screen and is seen clearly.
The lead magnet can be a PDF, video, or just "something" that you know will grab the prospect's attention and want to download in exchange for their email.
The popup should only be shown when the prospect wants to leave the page or has already been browsing it for several seconds, do not show the popup to newly landed prospects or its effectiveness will decrease.

You must integrate your popup with the autoresponder mailing tool that you have selected or already have (mailchimp, active campagin, aweber, MailingBoss from builderall... to send automatically the mails that you have previously defined
You must install an email marketing tool with autoresponder that allows you to generate a series of automatic messages, for users who download the "lead magnet" that you have prepared.
The objective of this strategy is to create a TOM (Top Of Mind) sequence to maintain contact with your prospects over time and remind you when they need your services. By
automating the messages we will be able to increase our credibility, confidence and possibility of success when they are prepared
The idea is to previously create a series of messages (minimum 10) to send Share them weekly or fortnightly and that you will increase with all the content you generate.
REMEMBER: Always reuse the content you generate to publish it on different platforms.
The contents for your emails should come out of the Basics template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H1GS8A7UwXG6LmewNKbQxpaoeyRNR4B1u-KyBxxGQRI/edit#gid=1540097756
Insert emails in the chosen tool and send them in a loop every week.
Design at least 10 emails that you can reuse and restart the sequence when they are finished.
You can use case studies, feature videos, benefits, webinar snippets, promotions, or any content that is useful and valuable.
I REPEAT
THAT IT IS USEFUL AND OF VALUE for your target person, to make them reflect, to discuss points of view or to provide them with things they did not know.
Do not be afraid to repeat some content, it is very possible that someone who has not read it will see it, and if someone receives it twice and has not been deleted from your list, they are interested.
Don't worry about casualties either. If you add value in your messages and someone unsubscribes, they were never going to become a customer.
The goal is not to have thousands of registered users, it is to have customers.
Where to extract the content for the mails? From the same place you get the content for your blog, networks, etc... from the Fundamentals sheet and your conversations with clients.
Remember that our goal is to make the most of all the content you generate and publish it on different platforms in different time slots.
ActiveCampaign (Recommended if you are going to do advanced segmentation)
We don't recommend using Mailchimp. Its deliverability is below other tools and, despite being the most used in the market, it has lagged behind other solutions.
