Warm email

We use email as the last channel for contacts that we have not been able to schedule an album on Linkedin or by phone.

We will carry out this action in the following month after having exhausted the LinkedIn and Calls options.

MONTH 2

In Month 2, you will have to continue doing your LinkedIn and Warm Calling tasks, to which we will add your email tasks.

This activity can be carried out in 3 ways:

  1. Manual: you extract the email of each person from LinkedIn and send an email from your account. In this case you do not need any tools and you have to do the monitoring by hand. (Recommended if you have low volume of accounts)
  2. Semi-automatic: You extract the emails of the contacts and make personalized sequences. (Recommended in most cases)
  3. Automatic - Massive: You export expandi contacts, extract their emails and carry out massive campaigns. (Recommended for massive actions when you are targeting a very broad niche. Check the Cold Email activity for more information on how to carry out personalized massive campaigns correctly)

A) Manual Strategy

The process is simple:

  1. Extract the email with one of the recommended tools ( Recommended https://salesql.com/es )
  2. You send a manual email sequence. You will have to write down responses and remember when to send FollowUps.

It's fast, but has an unnecessary manual tracking component.

B) Semiautomatic Strategy. RECOMMENDED strategy

You extract the emails and we launch sequences.

You will need a tool to manage the sequences.

We use that one because it's FREE and it works fine. There are many tools but this one is VERY SIMPLE and integrates perfectly with Gmail.

STRATEGY

The process would be:

  1. You generate the sequence in your CRM or with a Gmail addon like the one we recommend You
  2. extract the emails with the Chrome plugins recommended below (mainly SalesQL) You add
  3. the email to the sequence that you can customize.

C) Automatic strategy.

It is used when you go to volume.

You need a tool to send bulk Cold Email like lemlist and an email account already "warmed up" previously.

We detail this strategy in the 9.COLD EMAIL module, although in this case you can customize the "cinnamon" line with a specific message referring to your LinkedIn messages and failed calls.
