We use email as the last channel for contacts that we have not been able to schedule an album on Linkedin or by phone.
We will carry out this action in the following month after having exhausted the LinkedIn and Calls options.
IMPORTANT: Check the current law of your country on the legality of performing direct mail actions. Review it with your lawyers to make sure you can do it.
In Month 2, you will have to continue doing your LinkedIn and Warm Calling tasks, to which we will add your email tasks.
This activity can be carried out in 3 ways:
A) Manual Strategy
The process is simple:
It's fast, but has an unnecessary manual tracking component.
B) Semiautomatic Strategy. RECOMMENDED strategy
You extract the emails and we launch sequences.
You will need a tool to manage the sequences.
Your CRM may already have this option or otherwise, we recommend using the "Autofollowup" extension for Gmail (there are similar ones for outlook): https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/auto-follow-up-for-gmail/omlanehmflpiihaadkghlgnbocimgokm
We use that one because it's FREE and it works fine. There are many tools but this one is VERY SIMPLE and integrates perfectly with Gmail.
STRATEGY
The process would be:
C) Automatic strategy.
It is used when you go to volume.
You need a tool to send bulk Cold Email like lemlist and an email account already "warmed up" previously.
We detail this strategy in the 9.COLD EMAIL module, although in this case you can customize the "cinnamon" line with a specific message referring to your LinkedIn messages and failed calls.
The process of this sequence is as follows:
----------------------------------------- -------------------------------------
We divide the email sequence into 3 Follow ups something else intense given that
FU1: Presentation
As usual, personalize the first "cinnamon" line as much as you can.
In the manual or semi-automatic method it will be very easy because you will refer to your previous attempts and the reason for your "chase".
In the automatic method, you will need to create the "tan" line for each of the contacts.
Next, add the same components as the previous messages that you can vary slightly.
As we always say, adapt the tone and approach to your interlocutor.
Example:
SUBJECT: Quick Question / Quick Query / Doubt about {Company}
{Name},
You have a few messages from me on LinkedIn, but I understand why you haven't responded with all the noise on that network lately. Totally understandable :)
Contact you because I would love to know if you have the {Need/Problem} in {company} (accusation audit).
I'm not beating around the bush and I ask you directly: Do you consider that you are efficiently taking advantage of digital channels to achieve more meetings?
I put it on LinkedIn, but to provide some credibility, which I understand you need to give 20 minutes of your time to a stranger, I'll tell you:
proposition We help increase sales of companies that operate in B2B markets through standardization of your business processes, analysis of your key customers, development of your acquisition strategies, definition of metrics, organization of teams and use of tools.
Some things we achieved:
Some names we work with: Ogilvy, Appentra, Boardfy, Kymatio, Kuvut, Lawyou. Kubbo, Sampol, Froged, Avanti,... on our website you can also see what some of them say and their results: https://salesplanet.io/
That is why I would love to be able to exchange a few words with you to understand your situation without greater initial interest than that, get to know us and see if you have the need this year to order your business processes, be more efficient and as a result sell more and better :)
I ask him the question in a negative way, I look for the NO, instead of the YES and I generate curiosity,
even if it is only because of my insistence :)
Do you find it difficult for us to find a space so that we can talk?
A greeting
PS: If it is not the moment, you can tell me without any problem and we will leave it for another occasion.
A simple follow-up to upload the email to your inbox
"Sorry {Name}, did you see my message? Are you open to new ways to solve {Problem} or not interested
"Hello {Name}, I won't insist here anymore, I see that due to the lack of response you may not be interested in improving your sales processes, so we leave it for later.
We are in touch.
Regards"
---------------------------------------------------- ------
The next step will be to mark this contact as TopOfMind if we want to include it in the "reminders" campaign that you will see in the next activity Email
