Method: Automation + manual combined on LinkedIn (you can also use it on other channels)

Introduction to the method

In this method we are going to combine the SNOWBALL strategy that you have been doing for a long time with the direct manual message to the contacts that "already know you".

With this strategy we seek to implement ALL the built arsenal that has served you to position yourself as an expert to establish relationships with historical contacts that you have associated with your profile.

In short, it is:

Contacting contacts who have been in your network for more than a month, that you may have interacted with their posts, that they have seen some of your content and that you may have accidentally sent them a "complied" message sell you anything.

What have you achieved with those actions?

Be familiar to that person. Earn their trust, and if they have seen your content, position yourself as an expert.

Benefits of "mass automation including personalization":
  1. 5-10% ratios are achieved in the demo agenda.
  2. Higher volume and reach than just manual messages.
  3. It is cheap. You just need LinkedIn and an email account + LinkedIn automation software (Expandi) + cold mail software (Lemlist) and the Database.
  4. You can reach more people with your message.
  5. It is predictable and repeatable. 
  6. It is scalable: you can incorporate a sales team assigned by regions or sectors to grow by repeating the same process.
  7. Anyone can learn to implement it, you don't need to be a born salesperson.
Issues to keep in mind:
  1. The best answers are achieved through manual answers. 
  2. It's less personal initially.
  3. Not ideal for low ticket deals. The typical sales cycle can be anywhere from 1 week to 4 months, so if you only sell something for less than 1k, this method is not sustainable.
When to use this method:
  1. When you've validated your message, audience, and offer through manual personalization.
  2. When you want to increase the volume of leads.
  3. When the seller feels comfortable.
  4. When you're climbing 
Prerequisites: 
  1. First you must complete your ecosystem of assets (funnel) and be clear about the sales closing training. Here we are going to sell everything we can.
  2. You will need a product and a description of your services. This is covered in the basics of the first few weeks.
  3. You need a niche-specific website/landing that calls out the person you are targeting, their problems, and describes how your solution solves those problems.
  4. You need some kind of niche-specific value content, like a VSL, video testimonials, articles, templates, lead magnet,...
  5. need a CRM to track your leads - check out CRM training.
  6. You need an optimized LinkedIn profile.
  7. A company page for LinkedIn with videos and success stories.
  8. You will need a LinkedIn automation tool.
Process you have been doing so far:
  1. Thanks to the Snowball strategy you have been contacting your Target Persona(s). If you haven't done it with Expandi yet, now you're going to need it since we're going to increase the volume.
  2. Some have accepted you.
  3. You have interacted with them in some way under the post-it method.
  4. You have been regularly posting content on LinkedIn.
Process that you are going to do with those generated contacts:
  1. You are going to review your contacts.
  2. You are going to send them personalized messages (videos or text)
  3. You will mark in Expandi the effectiveness and typology of your personalized messages on LinkedIn
  4. If we do not get a response on LinkedIn, we will extract your email, and we will send you a sequence. It will not be a cold mail (we have the contact via LinkedIn)
  5. You will be able to include telephone calls as points of contact within the sequence

The technique of personalized videos is VERY POWERFUL and works very well for some industries where you can carry out "reviews" or analysis of your customers live.

The problem is that it is not very scalable, but the response rate is around 30%-50%.
