Template The Foundation Template 2.0

The Target Persona (TP) and Foundation Template:


This is the most important template in the entire program.


The base on which our entire system moves.


Don't be in a hurry to fill it out. It is better to take 5 days and do it well.


It is a living document that will be adapted with the responses of your clients.

Make a first copy of this template and fill it in with the team. Have 2 other blank copies that you will fill in during the interviews with clients and a final version where you will merge all the learning.


  1. Initial: The one you will fill in with your team. Don't overthink it and fill in as much as you can.
  2. Validation 1: The one you will fill in with the first validation with clients.
  3. Validation 2: The one you will fill in with the first validation with prospects.
  4. Final Version: The fusion of the other three that we will put to work.
