Why to validate?

To not waste money.

We can explain in more detail but the summary is that.

ALL of you reading this (including myself) have launched unvalidated products and services, relying on our intuition, some market trend or what one of our best customers told us.

And we may have sold "something", but in most cases we have failed, we have been "tumbling" from one strategy to another, making our marketing team dizzy, our product team, our salesmen... They don't even know what to offer.

As well.

Validation actions are essential to build a winning strategy, or luckily, to realize that there is not as much market as you thought for your super product.

Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn.

That too will be lucky to find out as soon as possible.

The objective of this essential mission will not only be to discover if there is a receptive market, but also to improve your communication, marketing messages and value proposition that you have elaborated from your perspective in the previous module.

I want to comment on one last question about validation:

Validation is mandatory.

"But I already know what my clients want!"

Validation is required.

"But I've been talking to them for years!"

Validation is required.

"But if..."

Validation is MANDATORY

Thanks to validation we will certify or discover:

- Purpose of your company

- Urgency of the problems to be solved

- Approach of your mechanism/solution

- Why now? (trends)

- Market potential

- Current competition/alternatives

- Marketing strategy or GoToMarketvalidate

If you do notas we tell you, we are not responsible for what may happen :)

Let's get to work!
