Business leaders

How to call them cold?

Step 1: Set the stage and have fun.

"Hi Lisa, this is Juan from AMCE.

Our marketing bot told me you stopped by our booth at Dreamforce. Sounds like you were looking for new ways to train your team on Azure skills.

Am I right or just You wanted our free Lead Magnet?

It was the Lead Magnet, right?

Be honest, Lisa."

Step 2: Learn how they are doing the job.

Some questions you can ask to learn from them are the following (adapt them to the scenario or situation that you think is most convenient to formalize your call scripts).

  1. What are you doing to keep your team up to speed on Azure skills and develop apps faster?
  2. Do they use Coursera, Udemy, or something else?
  3. Have they used Udemy for a while?
  4. What do you like about them?

Step 3: Find out what they could do better.

"Just out of curiosity...

  1. What are you doing to make sure your staff can transfer the cloud skills they learned from Udemy videos to their real environment?
  2. Do you spin up staging servers? Or something else?" "

Step 4: Present a new opportunity.

"I see. Would you be open to a new idea that could help your team practice skills in your real environment, but without incurring the excessive costs associated with running servers or exposing you to security risks?" ?"
