  1. When I enter a new regulated market I don't want to develop my own datavault solution, which would take me month. I would rather buy an outsourced solution.
  2. When I enter a new market I don't have enough development resources to develop my own datavault solution, so I'd rather acquire a pre-developed one in outsourcing.
  3. When I enter a new market I don't have enough time to develop my own datavault solution. In order to enter quickly I can only acquire an outsourced solution.
  4. I am entering several regulated markets in Eurrope, each one with its own requirements for a datavault solution. Even thought I have time and resources, I don't want to face the headache of studying all the different regulations and come up with my own solution, or maintain different datavault systems. I'd rather have someone develop it for me and maintain it going forward.
  5. I have already entered several regulated markets which require a datavault, and have already acquired an outsourced solution from the market. However it is too expensive and I would rather find a cheaper provider.
  6. I have already entered several regulated markets which require a datavault, and have already acquired an outsourced solution from the market. However my current supplier is providing a terrible service. I'd rather switch to a different provider offering a better service.

  1. I need to enter a new market with my products, but to do so I have to research the technical requirements for this market, which is very time consuming. I'd rather use a tool which brings all those requirements at my fingertip, and get into the market faster.
  2. I need to enter a new market with my products, but the technical requirements are written in a different language from the one I speak, and it will cost me time and money to translate them. I'd rather use a tool which translated all the requirements into English and made them immediately available to me.
  3. I need to enter a new market with my products, and have access to the technical requirements, but can't tell which ones apply to my product specifically. It will take me time, and I might have to get external consultants to advise me, which will be expensive. I'd rather use a tool which categorizes the requirements per product type, so that I can immediately understand which ones apply to me.
  4. I need to enter a new market but I am understaffed. I have nobody that can research technical requirements for me. Unless I find a tool that can make it quixck and easy to access the requirements I might not be abel to access this market right now.
  5. I am wondering whether this new market will be a good one for my product, before my company spends any time or effort in entering it (commercial effort, development effort). If I could find a tool that quickly did a gap analysis between the markets that i am in and the markets that I want to enter, it would make it much easier for me to assess whether it is worth me entering a market.
