  2. honor your inner truth above external expectations You trust the direction you feel inside — even if it disrupts old patterns, roles, or relational dynamics. Alignment becomes more important than approval.
  3. embrace vulnerability as a form of leadership You stop hiding your needs, softening your truth, or carrying everything alone. Your openness becomes stabilizing rather than risky. Your heart leads your authority.
  4. trust the guidance that arises from your center Guidance is not something you “do.” It is something your presence radiates when you are coherent. You allow your energy to orient others naturally, without force.
  5. allow your purpose to lead your actions, not your fears You step into paths you feel are yours — even if you don’t yet know the outcome. You let purpose pull you instead of fear pushing you.
  6. recognize that your wound is your wisdom The part of you that once felt split, unseen, or over-responsible becomes the source of your deepest clarity. Your wound no longer fragments you; it focuses you.
  7. embody leadership through coherence rather than control You no longer attempt to manage others’ emotions or outcomes. You lead by standing firmly in your truth. Your presence becomes direction.
