Victor’s Strategy:

  1. Use inner vision (HC) and visualization before physical execution.
  2. Train in cool/dry conditions whenever possible (EC).
  3. Inform your coach/training partners about your rhythm: when you’re initiating a new approach, when you’re pulling back.

Scenario Practices:

  1. Pre-training: Visualize the move, then execute.
  2. Overtraining Signal: When anger arises in the gym, stop. It’s not about will—it’s a sign to rest.
  3. Informing Partner: “I’m testing a new method this week—don’t be surprised if I step out of routine.”
