## Introduction

This canvas defines the **canonical architecture** for the Hybrid Demand MetaFactory (HDG-MF) v0.2: a governed system that moves a market through **unaware → aware → understand → trust → buy → implement → refer**, while compounding demand by converting real delivery into evidence, publishable assets, and new convergence points.

**V0.2 key upgrade:** The factory now operates explicitly within the Re100X ecosystem. Every module is connected to the enabling infrastructure — SherpaX, IntelliBanks, BrainOS, MasterPlaybooks, DOIX — not as options, but as the operating stack that makes the factory run faster, smarter, and with compounding returns.
