## 1. Instance Declaration

FI-SHA-VICTOR is the **personal Factory Instance of Victor Heredia** within the Tu Sherpa IA MetaFactory (MF-DIA). It is a running L3 instance — not a concept or design artifact — and has been operational since 2026.

This document formally registers FI-SHA-VICTOR as a governed entity in the Big MetaFactory ecosystem, resolving DA-007 (Factory Instance existed as a process with no formal document).

**Instance purpose:** Produce AI-mediated outputs (advice, content drafts, strategic thinking, decision support) that are structurally indistinguishable from Victor's direct work — calibrated to his voice, his frameworks, and his standard of evidence.

**Operational status:** Active. Victor is the primary operator and sole user of this instance.

Five technical issues are documented in the parent MetaFactory. These affect this instance's operation and are tracked for resolution:

### 4.3 Open Decisions

7 pending decisions are tracked in Re100X-TP-SherpaIA-v01 (D1–D7). These affect the productization and scaling of this instance. They are the responsibility of Victor Heredia as instance owner.

## 5. DA-007 Resolution Note

**Alert DA-007** identified that FI-SHA-VICTOR existed as an active process but lacked a formal governance document. This document resolves that alert.

**Resolution decision:** FI-SHA-VICTOR receives its own formal document (this file) establishing its identity, configuration, and governance pointers. `MPB-MiSherpaIA-Victor-v01` continues as the operational playbook covering day-to-day procedures. These two documents are complementary:

- **FI-SHA-VICTOR.md** (this file): Instance identity, configuration, governance pointers — the "existence certificate" of the Factory Instance.
- **MPB-MiSherpaIA-Victor-v01**: The operational companion — how to run the instance, maintain it, and evolve it.

**Registry update:** FI-SHA-VICTOR changes from "process, no file" to "Active — has document."
